- 2016 Winter Appeal, Direct Mail; 3000 contacts, average gift size $112, response rate 33% total raised $114,000.A retarget was sent to 2765 supporters raising an additional $71,376, response rate 10%, average gift size $54.47
- June Acquisition sent to 14,000, 1% response rate, $13,700 raised, average gift size $97.85. An acquisition gift of $5000 was also given.For this campaign we also did a retarget sent to 6000 with a 0.7% response rate and an additional $2000 raised, average gift size of $48.90
- Community Fundraising involved looking after supporters liaising with them to successfully run their events. Monitoring and supporting use of peer-to-peer fundraising platforms, providing social media posts to communications team.
- Managing Corporate relationships. Of note with The Warehouse Group project coordinating the fundraising efforts through counter sales. Liaising with suppliers and supporting promotions of the event which this year raised over $300,000 – up from $160,000 the year previous.
- Major gift fundraising. Maintaining relationships with major givers, identifying new major gift prospects, prospect research and planning programmes for major giving.
- 2016-17 Summer appeal due to go out, wrote direct mail on behalf of Judy Bailey and coordinating design and messaging of campaign.
- Ran Auction event at the Bolton Hotel hosted by Judy Bailey. Arranging auction items, MC, entertainment and promotion including design of poster. Event raised $12,000.
- Raised over $1,000,000 in 2015-16 financial year

- Mentoring with Wellington Rape Crisis which has led to a commitment to fundraising in the organization and budget to undertake some fundraising activities, helping to implement fundraising database, campaign planning and other support.

- Mentoring, Strategy & Planning and implementation of fundraising programme for National Council of Women. Pre-production bequest programme, brochure and direct mail to be released this summer. Advice on organizational strategy. Grant writing.
- Feasibility study for capital campaign for HUHA – Helping you help animals. Included preparing case statement, interviews and writing final report to client.
- Supporting campaigns such as the SADD – Friends of SADD campaign with copy writing and curation of insert for AA Directions Magazine. The brochure went out to 100,000 persons to ask for their support for the cause.
- Contributed to the team by supporting with advice for Multicultural NZ, Wellington Museums Trust
- Development of fundraising manual for New Zealand Transport Agency clients and presenting a one day training for NZTA’s Driver Training programme organisations.

In this role, I was the first full time fundraiser employed by the organisation. Drawing on past experience in networking, community engagement, and events based roles. My main accomplishments in my time here include:
- Strategic planning and implementation of communications and marketing including media relations and writing copy for marketing materials.
- Management of external communications including website and social media engagement. Including the re-design of the website www.nzcge.co.nz
- Instrumental in creating strategy for engagement with government (local and central), alumni relations, media strategy, and communications.
- Establishing a relational model in our fundraising practices which has including building strategic relationships with corporates and individuals and associated tasks with making an ask including prospect research, relationship building, proposal writing.
- Implementing a direct marketing strategy – First direct mail sent to 200 lapsed donors and supporters, managed in-house raising $2000 with response rate of 10%.
- Networking and speaking engagements with groups such as ANGOA, Venus Women’s Network, Chamber of Commerce and Service clubs.
- Running a successful 6-week fundraising and awareness campaign raising 20% above target and acquiring 100 new contacts for follow up.
- Mentored multiple Interns in fundraising, event planning and communications, supervised and managed fundraising and grants staff.
